Sometimes a major craft fail can be turned into a great craft success. After a botched plan for wood veneer bunting, Ez from Creature Comforts devised an ingenious way to use the leftover supplies to make some fabulous wooden gift bows. She liked the look so much that she also devised a cheaper, woodless version that simply requires a color printer.
